1. General Overview

Holi-Smokez operates as a private, members-only non-profit church organization. Product fulfillment and shipping services through our online storefront, The Farmacy, are strictly reserved for active ministry members. We provide high-quality, expedited shipping and courier options to ensure your healing herbs, THCa flower, and holistic botanicals arrive safely and efficiently.

2. Geographic Restrictions (North Carolina Only)

As a dedicated local ministry, Holi-Smokez exclusively serves the state of North Carolina.

• Statewide Limitation: We strictly ship and deliver to valid physical addresses within North Carolina borders.

• Out-of-State Orders: We do not ship to any addresses outside of North Carolina. Any orders placed with an out-of-state shipping destination will be automatically canceled and refunded.

• P.O. Boxes: Standard shipping is available to P.O. Boxes via USPS. Same-Day and Next-Day courier services require a physical storefront, residential delivery address, or a designated Safe Exchange Zone meetup.

3. Shipping Options, Rates, and Delivery Windows

We offer three distinct tiers of delivery depending on your location, order volume, and urgency.

• Charlotte Courier - Charlotte City Limits Only

• NC Statewide Express - Statewide (North Carolina)

• Standard Shipping - Statewide via USPS

4. Processing Times and Order Cut-Offs

To maintain high efficiency, order cut-off times are strictly enforced:

• Order Processing Threshold: Any orders submitted after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on the following business day.

• Same-Day Delivery (Charlotte Only): Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, to qualify for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will be fulfilled the following business day.

• Next-Day Shipping (Statewide): Orders must be placed before 2:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, to ship out the same day for next-day arrival.

• Weekend Fulfillment: Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or on recognized holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

5. Age and Signature Verification Requirements

Due to the sacred nature of our sacramental botanical products, strict age verification protocols are enforced at the time of delivery:

• Age Minimum: A signature is strictly required by an individual who is 21 years of age or older.

• Identity Check: The signer must present a valid, government-issued photo ID to the delivery courier.

• Preferred Signee: For both B2C and B2B orders, it is highly preferred that the primary registered Ministry Member be present to sign for and accept the dispensation.

6. Charlotte Same-Day Delivery Protocols & Courier Safety

Our courier service is designed to balance convenience with operational security. Drivers operate vehicles equipped with active interior and exterior surveillance cameras.

• No Internal Entry: Couriers are not permitted to enter a member's private space, residence, storefront, or warehouse. They are not required to deliver products directly to an interior door.

• Vehicle Meetups: For safety, a courier may require the member to step outside of their building or space to complete the transaction directly at the delivery vehicle.

• Safety Cancellations: If a delivery courier experiences a valid safety concern regarding a specific delivery location, the courier reserves the right to withhold delivery. The order will either be diverted to an official Safe Exchange Zone or returned to the sanctuary for account review.

7. Safe Exchange Zone Alternative Meetups

If a member is not present at the physical address listed on their membership application at the time of delivery (e.g., a mobile food truck operator whose inventory is running low at a temporary location), or if a delivery address presents a safety concern, a public meetup at an authorized Safe Exchange Zone will be required.

These community meetup spots are monitored by 24/7 video surveillance and offer the best protection against fraud, logistics friction, or theft.

Meetup Safety Rules for Members

• Park in Plain Sight: Pull directly into the designated red QT spaces or right under the Walmart security towers.

• Stay Public: Coordinate meetups during daylight hours whenever possible. If daylight is not possible, transactions must occur inside the main lobby of the Walmart location.

• Vehicle Status: Keep your vehicle engine running and your doors locked until you have visually confirmed the identity of the Holi-Smokez delivery courier.

• Financial Security: If any physical exchange of funds or balance payment is required, count currency inside a secure vehicle space or verify that electronic transfers (Zelle/Venmo) have fully cleared before the courier releases the sacrament.

8. Order Tracking

Once your package is prepared for dispatch, a confirmation email containing your tracking information will be automatically generated and sent to the email address associated with your ministry membership account. For local Charlotte courier deliveries, you will receive real-time text updates regarding your driver's arrival window and meetup coordination.

9. Delivery Issues, Damaged Goods, and Missing Packages

Holi-Smokez takes immense care in packaging your divine ingredients securely. However, if an issue arises during transit, the following protocols apply:

• Damaged Items: If your botanical products arrive damaged or compromised, you must notify our ministry support team within 48 hours of delivery. Please provide clear photographic evidence of the damaged packaging and product to facilitate a swift replacement.

• Incorrect Addresses: The buyer is entirely responsible for ensuring the shipping address is entered accurately at checkout. If a package is returned to our sanctuary due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the member, the member will be responsible for paying an additional $12.00 standard shipping fee to re-route the package.

• Stolen or Missing Packages: If your tracking history indicates a package was successfully delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbors or your local carrier branch before contacting us. Holi-Smokez is not liable for packages stolen after verified delivery.

10. Policy Modifications

Holi-Smokez reserves the right to update, modify, or change this Shipping and Delivery Policy at any time to reflect operational adjustments, regulatory shifts, or carrier rate changes. Any updates will be posted immediately on our webpage and will apply to all subsequent orders.

11. Official Shipment Legal Documentation

Every commercial package dispatched from our sanctuary contains the following manifest documentation to ensure compliance during local transit and transport:

NOTICE TO LAW ENFORCEMENT AUTHORITIES: This package contains lawful industrial hemp and/or hemp products. It should not be detained. The hemp that is enclosed in this package and/or which was used in the products contained in this package, was cultivated in its state of origin by a licensed/registered cultivator. It is compliant with both federal law and the laws of the state in which it originated.

The enclosed hemp products are tested to ensure a Total THC concentration (sum of delta-9 THC and THCA) not exceeding 0.3%, adhering to USDA compliance standards and the 2018 Farm Bill. Products from 2014 Farm Bill "Pilot Programs" are also authorized if they meet these standards.
