By purchasing industrial hemp products from HOLI-SMOKEZ, a 508c1a community outreach ministry, the purchaser—including their executors, administrators, beneficiaries, customers, heirs, next of kin, successors, and assigns—agrees to the following terms:

• Assumption of Risk: The purchaser assumes all legal and financial risks associated with buying, possessing, transporting, shipping, marketing, and reselling these products.

• Release of Liability: The purchaser waives, releases, and discharges HOLI-SMOKEZ ("Supplier") from any and all liability. This includes law enforcement seizures, damaged inventory, or customer negligence.

• Indemnification: The purchaser agrees to indemnify, hold harmless, and promise not to sue the Supplier for any claims resulting from purchasing hemp-derived products.

• Compliance: Resellers must remain familiar with their state laws and industrial hemp programs. The purchaser warrants they are over 21 and that these products are legal in their jurisdiction.

2. Farm Bill & Federal Compliance

• 2018 Farm Bill Integration: All products distributed by HOLI-SMOKEZ strictly comply with the Agriculture Improvement Act of 2018 (2018 Farm Bill).

• THC Thresholds: Every batch contains a total Delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (Δ9-THC) concentration that does not exceed 0.3% on a dry-weight basis.

• Legal Status: In accordance with federal law, these products are classified as legal industrial hemp rather than controlled substances.

3. Mandatory Jurisdictional & Age-Verification Requirements

• North Carolina & Multi-State 21+ Mandate: The purchaser warrants and represents that they are at least 21 years of age.

• Age Verification Protocols: In alignment with state-level compliance pushes, HOLI-SMOKEZ mandates strict third-party electronic age verification at checkout for all retail and wholesale orders.

• Delivery Requirements: Online orders destined for jurisdictions enforcing strict consumer hemp regulations require an adult signature (21+) upon physical delivery. Falsifying age identifiers to bypass checkout systems constitutes a fraudulent transaction and a breach of our terms.

4. Private Wholesale Agreement Addendum
For all bulk, invoice-based, and wholesale transactions executed under a trust indenture or private contract, the purchasing party explicitly agrees to the following covenants:

• Private Contractual Capacity: The Buyer warrants that they are executing this transaction in their lawful capacity under their respective private trust or organization. The Buyer holds sole responsibility for ensuring distribution aligns with local, county, and state restrictions.

• Chain of Custody & Testing: HOLI-SMOKEZ provides batch-specific Certificates of Analysis (COAs) with every wholesale shipment. Upon physical acceptance of delivery, the transfer of custody is final, and the Buyer assumes all responsibility for maintaining compliant storage conditions.

• Independent Operation: The Buyer agrees not to use the name "HOLI-SMOKEZ" or its associated trademarks to make unsubstantiated medical claims to end consumers. The Buyer remains an independent private actor and does not represent HOLI-SMOKEZ or its parent ministry as an agent, partner, or legal representative.

• Final Assignment & Seizure Policy: All wholesale transactions are final upon payment processing. HOLI-SMOKEZ is not liable for financial refunds, product replacements, or chargebacks resulting from localized state bans, law enforcement confiscation, or changes to regional hemp statutes post-delivery.
