Sacramental Stewardship & Final Offering Policy

Effective Date: June 24, 2026

At HOLI-SMOKEZ, we are committed to maintaining the integrity, quality, and sanctity of our sacramental offerings. Due to the nature of our ministry and the botanical products we provide to members, all offerings received in support of the ministry are considered final.

Please review this policy carefully before requesting sacramental items through the ministry.

1. Finality of Offerings

Contributions, tithes, love offerings, and other forms of support made to HOLI-SMOKEZ are voluntary and made in support of the ministry's religious, educational, and charitable mission.

As a result:

• All offerings are final.

• We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on sacramental items.

• Requests cannot be canceled once submitted and processed.

• Members are encouraged to carefully review their selections before completing their offering.

2. Sacramental Integrity

To preserve the integrity and stewardship of our sacramental offerings:

• Items that have left ministry custody cannot be returned to inventory.

• Botanical products cannot be reshipped, restocked, or redistributed once received by a member.

• The ministry cannot verify the handling, storage, or condition of products after delivery.

For these reasons, all sacramental distributions are considered final upon fulfillment.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

We are committed to ensuring members receive their requested sacramental offerings in good condition.

If an item arrives damaged or if the incorrect item was received:

• Contact the ministry within 48 hours of confirmed delivery.

• Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging.

• If verified, the ministry may provide a replacement at its discretion.

Replacement requests submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Members are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

HOLI-SMOKEZ is not responsible for:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses.

• Packages delayed by carriers.

• Packages marked as delivered by the carrier but lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.

• Product degradation resulting from prolonged exposure to heat, cold, weather conditions, or unattended delivery locations.

Members are encouraged to monitor tracking information and retrieve deliveries promptly.

5. Membership Responsibility

By participating in the ministry's sacramental stewardship program, members acknowledge that they are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Membership participation and receipt of sacramental offerings are voluntary and undertaken at the member's discretion.

6. Acknowledgment

By submitting an offering, requesting sacramental items, or participating in ministry programs, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood this policy.

• You understand that all offerings are final.

• You agree to the ministry's stewardship practices.

• You accept responsibility for the handling and receipt of sacramental items after delivery.

• You agree to abide by all ministry guidelines and membership requirements.
